BOOKING POLICY

Pro Tips to ensure a smooth booking experience with Villa Tropical.

• We always Book Direct - call or email for personalized booking services.
• We follow a First Reserve / First Serve rule for Making a Reservation.
• Minimum stays are set for high season dates.
• Deposits must be paid in full to confirm a booking:
  • $300 Deposit for Studio and One Bedrooms;
  • $500 Deposit for Two Bedroom units;
  • $700 Deposit for Three Bedroom units.
    • Upon arrival, the Deposit will be held as a security deposit.
• Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
  • More than 4 weeks notice = Full Refund of Deposit, less a 3.5% processing fee;
  • Less than 4 weeks notice, and the unit is rented to another guest for the duration of your original booking, Full Refund of Deposit less 3.5% processing fee;
  • Less than 1 week's notice, No Refund of Deposit;
  • If you depart early - you will be charged for the full reservation.
    
• Each apartment unit has one designated parking space.
• Note: If you are arriving in the middle of the night and want to go straight to bed, make sure you reserve the night before.
• Check in Time is 3pm // Check Out Time is 11am.
• Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am.
• All Tenants / Guests are bound by the terms and conditions of the VT Tenants Contract.
