This non-oceanfront property is across the street from the Villa Tropical property, with public beach access just down the street. Villa Viento is both spacious and private, a duo-family home with two separate fully – equipped units and a large yard/parking area. It is beautifully lined by a new patio and beach colonial style railings. There is a two bedroom apartment on the first floor and a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. Together the units are rented as Villa Viento and all share the benefits of the grand covered patio’s and outdoor patio furniture, on-site board/kite/gear storage locker, and less than 60 second walk to the public beach access path. | The Villa Viento building downstairs has a wrap around deck which serves as a beautiful covered, tiled, patio. The lower level apartment features two bedrooms, modern patio door and windows, a small country kitchen with table for four, and flat screen TV. The one bedroom has a Queen size bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. Both bedrooms have A/C and there are ceiling fans and mirrored closets throughout. There is a small bathroom with shower and hot running water. Outside there is an enclosed clothes washer and dryer and excellent gear storage.
Upstairs, Villa Viento features a charming, private one bedroom apartment. You ascend via a staircase that leads to the grand, L-shaped, covered, patio, lined with Spanish Colonial like cement railings and classic tile. This area functions as a private outdoor living space (for both the up and downstairs guests) with ample wicker furniture, tables, chairs, and barbecue. Modern patio doors open to an L-shaped living / dining area; full size kitchen with full size fridge and extra storage. Cozy and comfortable with eclectic décor and inviting wood and wicker furniture, mirrored closets, and ceiling fans (plus A/C in the bedroom with Queen size bed). |
