Villa Quiñones or simply “Q” is the 5th driveway (property) west from the Villa Tropical General Manager’s Office building. Q fronts just west of Shacks Beach’ Surf Break and boasts phenomenal sunsets to the west over the distant cliffs. It’s less than a minute beach walk to get to the ‘swimming hole’ in front of VT Main. The grounds of Villa Quiñones are carefully and artfully decorated with tropical plants and flowers.
Villa Quiñones is made up of 3 white buildings with a gated private beach access, outdoor showers and coin operated laundry facilities. Q1 – Q4 are ocean fronting one bedroom units in the NE corner. The M building fronts to the ocean just west/left of Q1-4. On the lower level there are two stunning honeymoon suites (2 adults max) – exquisitely decorated, and equipped one-bedroom oceanfront units named M1 & M2. On the second floor, above the honeymoon suites is M3, our most spectacular three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom, luxury oceanfront apartment unit. Above M3, brand new in 2010, there is M4 – a one bedroom unit with an awe inspiring oceanfront panoramic vista. Q5 and Q6 are in the building behind the M building – both can in fact view the ocean from their decks and it’s only a few steps to the beach. There is a splendid ocean fronting common area between the buildings with picnic tables, outdoor showers, board storage and a stainless grill pit at Oceanside. Q also boasts strong Internet connectivity and is a favorite of business travelers. All units in Villa Quiñones have a free parking space and backup generator power is there if needed.

A first time offering as a rental in 2009, this unit is an Oceanside homeowners dream come true.
