“Villa Tropical” is the name of our business, and, the name of the very first oceanfront property on this gorgeous secluded beach, to ever offer rental accommodations to the public. For over 23 years, the Villa Tropical (VT Main) Property has enchanted regular visitors with “first come first reserve” booking practices; and a “home away from home” hospitality that has to be experienced to comprehend. For a holiday weekend this building is often booked out 2 years in advance! A multi-family vacationers dream there are 6 centrally located units from studio to two, two - bedroom units available. Remodeled several times and impeccably cared for, The Villa Tropical (VT Main) building’s 4 oceanfront apartment units are located directly in front of, [looking over and in to], the Blue Hole Coral Reef and the ‘Swimming Hole’ on Shacks Beach. The General Manager’s Office, Internet Café, and the Villa Tropical Store are also centrally located here.
The Villa Tropical (VT Main or simply “VT”) property boasts a stunning large wood deck that juts out over the dunes (a picture takers favorite spot for the headshot with coastal background and breathtaking sunset…and wind blowing hair the ‘right’ direction J). Your beach showers are on the deck just steps down through a sea grape overgrown stair tunnel to the “Swimming Hole” – The BEST place to perch oneself on this beach because it’s the only sandy access to the ocean for miles on either side.
There are 6 individual fully - equipped apartment units on the VT premises. VT has two – two bedroom oceanfront units on the top level and a two bedroom beside a studio on the lower large ocean fronting deck. There is also a non-oceanfront studio and one-bedroom above the office. Wireless Internet is available to all Guests at the VT Community Internet Café outside the office and the back deck of TR and TL and in BS and 1B often get good connectivity due to proximity to the cafe. There are outside hot and cold showers and coin operated laundry facilities in the building. There is a large stainless gas barbecue and many chairs and tables for use on the VT decks. The Villa Tropical property has backup generator power if needed.

Oceanfront Two Bedroom Apartments

| “Top Right” is a two bedroom oceanfront apartment on the second level on the east side of the Villa Tropical building. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the 2nd bedroom. There is an oceanfront deck with phenomenal view over the blue hole coral reef and a private deck on the back (which incidentally has great wireless connectivity). The apartment features a full working desk and new stove. The apartment sleeps 4 to maximum 5 people.

| “Top Left” is a two-bedroom oceanfront on the second level of the Villa Tropical building on the west side with adjoining deck to TR. There is an oceanfront deck with phenomenal view over the blue hole coral reef and a private deck on the back (which incidentally has great wireless connectivity). The one bedroom with two twins walks through to the master with king-size bed & huge closet. Very well decorated with new kitchen and bathroom (with tub). The apartment sleeps 4 – 5 maximum people. |

| “Bottom Left” is a two-bedroom oceanfront apartment on the lower west side of the Villa Tropical building overlooking the Blue Hole. BL and FS – the studio beside it, share a large outdoor deck with stainless grill, excellent for dining and sunset and star gazing. BL has a new kitchen and bathroom. Kingsize bed in master and two twins in 2nd room. There is a pull-out futon in the living room. Sleeps 4 – 6 maximum.
