At Villa Tropical there are Eight Villas (building compounds) and a total of Twenty-Six (26) Apartment Units. Each fully equipped apartment has unique attributes ranging from ultra modern facilities and amenities to beach apartments with eclectic décor, from towering high panoramic coastal views to tropical gardens with private pools. The Eighteen (18) oceanfront units are a stone’s throw from the water. Some units front to the surf break and others to the Blue Hole Coral Reef. All have parking and private beach access. There are Eight (8) non-oceanfront and ocean-view units. One of them will become your favorite.

In front of the Villa Tropical, Villa Rivero and Villa Bajandas buildings is the “Blue Hole”, a picturesque coral reef and protected swimming area. Villa Filisha, Villa Quiñones and Villa Sol front the beach just west of the Blue Hole where there is a challenging surf break. Ocean Blue is a hop and skip to the beach, across the street from Villa Filisha; and Casa Session is just east of the river, three buildings west of Villa Quiñones and less than 30 paces to the ocean.

In each apartment there is a full kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, pots, pans, and utensils. Sheets, blankets, pillows and inside towels are also provided. Please do bring your own beach towels or buy a souvenir towel in Puerto Rico. We have hairdryers, irons, and other extra’s to lend but for comfort, we recommend you bring your own personal necessities and move in for your stay. There is Satellite TV and gas BBQ’s. All units have A/C and ceiling fans or central air. There is one Free parking space for each unit. There are coin-operated laundry facilities onsite and some of the units have en-suite laundry facilities. Ask at the office about temporary storage for sports gear. Weekly cleaning services are available for a nominal fee. Free wireless Internet is accessible outside the main office and most of the Villa compounds and some units have connectivity inside. There is a two night advance reservation minimum; walk-ins are welcome. Apartment rental is charged nightly plus eleven percent; 9% Room Tax and 2% Guest Services. Rental Rates are based on the minimum anticipated occupancy with an extra $20/night/person added up to the allowable maximum. Check In is at 3pm and Check Out is at Noon. Only Registered Guests are allowed on property grounds. Discounts apply for approved Corporate Partners, Government and Military Personnel.
